Deliveries from our company are normally dispatched on the same day of receipt of the order, provided we receive this before 2.00pm . If in the event we are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail and where possible we will try to offer a substitute product. TNT and UPS are used by us and if required we can supply you with a tracking consignment number so you can trace your delivery. On arrival the driver will require a signature and they will not leave the goods without this.
